How we handle the information you give us

This policy applies to the PDOS website (ai.zhangyy-data.com) and to information you give us through the website forms or by contacting our support team. We only collect what we need to talk with you and run a trial. We do not sell or rent any of your information.

1. What we collect

• Contact details: the name, company, contact details (email and phone), store count and description of needs you enter in the booking form. Once submitted, they are stored on our servers (hosted on Cloudflare) and only the PDOS team can view them.
• Trial spreadsheets: operating data spreadsheets you choose to send us for a free pilot dashboard. We recommend removing or anonymizing personal information such as customer names and phone numbers first.
• Assistant conversations: your conversations with the website's AI assistant are processed only in your browser and are not uploaded to our servers.

2. How we use it

• To contact you, schedule a demo and answer your questions.
• To build your free trial dashboard and discuss the results with you.
• The spreadsheets you provide are never used to train any model, or to create content for other customers.

3. How long we keep it

• Trial spreadsheets and the dashboards built from them: deleted within 30 days of delivery. You can also ask us to delete them earlier at any time.
• Contact details: kept for up to 12 months after our conversation ends, then deleted or anonymized.

4. Sharing and service providers

We do not sell or give your information to third parties. To provide our service, the following providers process information to the extent necessary:

• Website hosting, form storage and access security: Cloudflare.
• Email: our email service provider.
• Instant messaging: WeChat (Tencent), only if you choose to add our support account.

Where required by law or by a competent authority acting lawfully, we will provide information within the scope the law requires.

5. Your rights

You can access, correct or delete the information you have given us, or withdraw your consent, at any time. Contact us using the details below and we will handle your request within 15 business days.

6. Cookies and analytics

This site does not use cookies, and does not use any third-party analytics or advertising tools. To improve the site, we record anonymous browsing activity: which sections were opened, how long they stayed on screen, how far the page was scrolled, which buttons were clicked, plus the referring site and device type (desktop / tablet / mobile). These records are linked only to a random ID generated for one browser session, which expires when you close the page. We do not record IP addresses or anything you type into any input field, and we do not use these records to identify you. Anonymous analytics are kept for up to 12 months.

7. Minors

This site is intended for business users and does not provide services to minors under the age of 14.

8. Policy updates

If this policy changes, we will publish the new version on this page and update the date. Significant changes will be highlighted prominently on the website.
